    We're looking for an experienced Ruby developer, who is inspired by the possibilities of agile application development, to help form the team at virtually day one of an exciting new startup based in the heart of Covent Garden, London.
    
    You'd be joining a brand new startup in its first few months of operation and be instrumental in rapidly developing a suite of applications and tools, and working with a team of motivated and experienced people to build something that we feel passionately has the potential to be one of London's most exciting startups of 2010.

    You feel as comfortable developing long-term cross-platform applications as you do a quick Ruby on Rails mashup. You have the confidence to take on hard computer science problems, using test driven development or behaviour driven development work-flows. Heck, you're not afraid to make the CEO write user stories in Cucumber now and then.
    
    Your passion is Ruby, but you can apply your skills in other languages with ease, and those skills will flourish when products using Objective-C, Java and Flex are required in the future.
    
    Salary: up to £40k depending upon experience.

    You're the kind of person who loves taking the raw power and abstraction of an API and implementing great user experiences on mobile devices and desktop computers. Your job will be to make our customers lives easier using the software you design.

    You'll be working with a small team and particularly closely with the Head of User Experience to crack hard problems in a way that feels simple to the user. Coming in at virtually day one of our agile development process you'll have the opportunity to learn new techniques, potentially new languages and produce software that you can feel genuinely proud of.
